For those that do not know me, I am Ross Vaccaro, I was born in France in 1959 and migrated to Canada at one year of age. My passion for pigeons started when I was 10 years old, and have had birds now, for over 40 years. I graduated from Business Administration at Senica College in 1982. Shortly thereafter I began racing pigeons in the Far North Club, in 1986 with old birds I won 1st Combine Champion Loft Average Speed Old Birds. What an accomplishment, most lofts will try their whole lifetime to reach that honour. There after my work sidelined me from flying for numerous years.
In 1998 I bult a new home at 96 Duncan Rd Richmond Hill, Ont. and resumed
flying at top calibre. In 1999 I flew young birds and won 1st Champion Loft in
The Combine, 1st Average Speed in Combine, (Up North Combine - Canada's
largest Combine). I placed 1st, 2nd, and 4th, Champion young birds in Canada,
in 1999. In year 2000, I was 2nd Champion Loft in the Up North Combine, I
had the 2nd Champion young bird in the UNC with CU Far N 1532, a Meuleman
hen. In 2001, my son Matthew was born, and I started a new business building
homes. I decided to take off flying for the next 5 years, to spend with my family
and my new business. My birds had to be raced to maintain the quality, so I had
Frank Aceto, Ace Tech Loft, fly my young birds every year for the next five years.
Frank flew exclusively my young birds, winning many 1st Federation's with my
birds. In 2001 1st year flying with only 21 young birds, into 1st race, Frank Aceto
Ace Tech Loft won 6 x 1st Fed and 7 out of 8 1st's in club. Frank won 1st North
Shore Fed Open young bird with a super bird CU FAR N127/2001. Frank became
the the Top Loft in the North Road Federation flying young birds, winning many
times top loft, 1st Champion Loft, 1st Average Speed, Champion young bird, the
list goes on. You can call Frank Aceto and ask him personally what he accomplished in young birds with my family of Marcel Sangers and Prince Dynasty Pigeons. Ace Tech Loft was the hottest loft. When Frank got out of the birds, he sold most of the race birds to many different lofts. Claude Rothgesser bought a double 1st Federation winner, daughter of Prince, for his friend in Long Island. Stan Rebejko bought some birds from Frank Aceto that turned out to be top breeders for him. I am now flying again and just built my family a new house at 98 Duncan Rd, Richmond Hill, Ont. I look forward to flying my prize Prince Dynasty Line, and my Volker Vahle Van Loons. For those that do not know Volker Vahle, he was one of the best flyer ever to fly in the Up North Combine, Canada's largest combine. In 2004 I went to Marcel Sangers for his best. I bought a direct son from his Famous Super Breeder, Holland's best breeding cock bird, and a full sister to his Eagle Eyes, 1st National Ace Bird in 2000. He placed 1st NPO Chateauroux vs 7,834 birds. These birds are Smeulders Janssen birds, same as my "Prince Dynasty Family". I have the best Smeulders Janssen pigeons in Canada today. Now with the introduction of the best Koopman "Kleine Dirk" pigeons around, I expect to be even more competitive. I have purchased an inbred Grand daughter of the "Kleine Dirk", "Sweet Chica", a Grandson of "Mighty Man", brother to "Kleine Dirk", the best Koopman breeder. This pair will found my Koopman family of birds. Also I have just purchased a son off "Blauwe Sproetkopse" Belg-03-6086112 mated to a son off "Den Bourges", winner of 1st from 6,761 birds. Den Bourges is a Full Brother to "De Kannibal", the father to Koopmans best breeding hen "Golden Lady".Those that know the breeding of Kleine Dirk and Mighty Man, they are breed out of this hen Golden Lady.
